2. Booking and Payments
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking
Full payment is due 60 days before arrival
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Credit card
All rates are in Euros and include applicable taxes
3. Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees
30-60 days: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund
We strongly recommend travel insurance
4. Property Rules
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
No smoking inside properties
Pets allowed only in selected properties with prior approval
