Booking Policy

Everything you need to know about booking with us

1. Reservation Process

  • Check availability and rates on our website
  • Submit a booking request
  • Receive confirmation within 24 hours
  • Pay deposit to secure booking

2. Payment Schedule

  • 30% deposit required at booking
  • Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival
  • For last-minute bookings (within 60 days), full payment required
  • Security deposit required upon check-in

3. Cancellation Terms

  • 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus admin fee
  • 30-60 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days: No refund
  • Force majeure situations handled case by case

4. Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in/late check-out upon request
  • Property orientation provided at check-in
